The mission of Noble Characteristics is to profoundly enrich the lives of youth and families by providing essential resources, guidance, and support. We aim to promote leadership by fostering skills, confidence, and opportunities for young individuals to become strong, capable leaders.

Meet Our CEO

Triminia (Shay) Johnson

CEO & Founder

Triminia, affectionately known as Shay, is an experienced community advocate with over 10 years of experience bridging the community. Having started Noble Characteristics out of a necessity to foster neighborhood relationships, her drive comes from feeding families and providing clothes and essential needs to all.

In addition to being a community advocate, Shay is a wife, mother of two, and a supportive partner to her loved ones. Her passion lies in educating the masses about self-worth, education, and second chances. When she is not engaged in these activities, she provides support services for K-12 special education. 

Her motto, which also serves as the nonprofit’s motto, is “I aspire to inspire before I expire.”
